Handles Keithley 2600 sourcemeter devices, in voltage sweep - current measure mode. Communication is performed using SCPI (through pyvisa).
The DAQ1D driver
Keithley2600enables acquisition of a single I-V characteristic by performing a voltage sweep with the configured parameters (start voltage, end voltage, step time* and number of points). In addition, control of the current limit and forcing autorange are available as options.USB devices are also handled by this driver if
pyusbis installed, so this was added to the plugin requirements. For convenience, the first USB device detected by pyvisa (if available) is selected.(*this step time is the one used in the
SweepVLinMeasureI()function of the instrument. It adds a waiting time to the time already needed to step voltage to the next increment, so expect actual total measurement time to be much longer than stime × npoints)
