Add a dedicated isolated acceptance lane for cluster targeting, approval policy, denied deletion, reconnects and server pause state. It runs real components/stores/request helpers with controlled external responses and publishes JUnit results. It does not start a local Pulse stack or establish real-cluster acceptance.
A failed bulk deletion now retains rejected items in the selection for retry. The new regression asserts DELETE-only behavior, object identity preconditions, unchanged cached workload state and visible error progress.
Validation: 31 acceptance checks and all 2,310 tests passed; TypeScript, changed-file lint and production build passed. Rebase preserved the tested tree. A separate guide specifies remaining two-cluster, RBAC and deployed-agent acceptance evidence.
