Add the test bench text and images. Add text and image for grounding the LCD bezel.

Added video link for arduino upload procedure and DF player tests.
Update for setting CONTAST before rest of powered measurements.
Added Courtney Ludick as an author and updated typical results and criteria section with a table for test points and their approximate readings for DC powered tests.
Moved powered testing instructions to before LCD & LED installation & added example measurements for unpowered testing.
Added image to help with LED cathode identification
