The links catalogue and the module icons were pinned to https://links.myemapp.proximapp.fr/ in the source. Both now derive from a CENTRALISATION_HOST dart-define so each instance can point at its own catalogue. The define keeps the current URL as its default value, so builds whose config.json has not been updated yet behave exactly as before.
