Cairo port of sudoswap's lssvm2, preserving upstream behavior and arithmetic with exception of documented deviations.

Development requirements

• Scarb 2.20.1 (includes Cairo 2.20.0) for builds.
• Starknet Foundry 0.63.0 (snforge for tests, sncast for deployments).
• Git available on PATH to fetch dependencies. Repository validation scripts additionally use Node.js.

Tool versions are pinned in .tool-versions. Scarb fetches the locked dependencies, including OpenZeppelin Cairo 4.0.1, automatically. Run the commands below from the repository root.
