• Restore website-owned generate-article and launch-post skills under .agents/skills.
• Add Claude skill symlinks to those repo-local skills and continue relying on promptless-internal for shared Slack/review workflows.

design choices

• Website publishing skills stay local because they depend on this repo's MDX collections, style guide, and launch-post templates.
• Shared Slack and generic review workflows remain centralized.
• CLAUDE.md stays a small @AGENTS.md wrapper.
