Task and handoff editors now show the selected agent's configured application tools alongside model choices. A shared catalog table supplies names, descriptions and revisions; changing models preserves the host's tool policy. Legacy hosts omit the display, while explicitly empty selections show that no application tools are configured.

Metadata is bounded and validated before rendering; descriptions are plain React text. Three packaged-console journeys against the native HTTP server passed for desktop, mobile and legacy responses, including literal HTML text, model switching, per-agent empty selections and no model/tool execution. All 485 unit tests, strict TypeScript, build and packaged-asset checks passed. Desktop/mobile screenshots were inspected. The existing bundle-size advisory remains.

Stacked on Web #18 and paired with the native agent tool catalog change. No generated assets or dependencies are committed. Merge after green CI and scoped Fable coordination, preserving the commit.
