Overview

Reviewed the lockfile-only transitive bump from ip-address 10.2.0 to 10.4.0. The diff is limited to the resolved version/tarball/integrity metadata, the PR is mergeable, and CI is green. I also checked the upstream 10.4.0 package metadata: its added prepare script configures git hooks in the source checkout, while the published package ships dist and npm does not run a registry dependency's prepare hook as a normal install script. No blocking issue found.
