Overview
Bumps the root devDependency @biomejs/biome from 2.3.5 to 2.5.5 in package.json and refreshes package-lock.json for the main package and all platform-specific @biomejs/cli-* optional binaries (new resolved/integrity entries and libc metadata on Linux CLI packages).

This only changes the linter/formatter toolchain used by npm run check (biome check --write --error-on-warnings); no application source or Biome config edits are in the diff. The lockfile also records packages/ai’s openai dependency as exact 6.47.0 instead of a caret range—lockfile alignment only, not a separate runtime feature change.
