I am an Azure-focused Microsoft cloud professional with over 12 years of overall IT industry experience, including 8+ years specialising in Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and hybrid infrastructure platforms.

Currently, I work as a Cloud Service Desk Specialist at Westcoast Cloud (powered by ALSO), the UK's no. 1 Microsoft Indirect Cloud Solution Provider (CSP), where Azure sits at the core of my day-to-day work. I support partners and customers across Azure infrastructure, identity, and networking, as well as Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Dynamics 365, and Power Platform- troubleshooting complex technical issues, managing escalations, and working closely with Microsoft engineering teams to deliver strong customer outcomes.

Throughout my career, I have gained experience across technical support, cloud operations, pre-sales, solution design, and infrastructure engineering in the UK, Malaysia, and international environments, supporting pre-migration & post migration Azure projects and modernisation effforts. Previous roles include ERGOS UK, Syntax, Enfrasys, Dogma Group, CloudChomp (now part of VMware), & Microsoft Innovation Center, where I contributed to Azure and cloud transformation, datacentre assessment, and infrastructure modernisation initiatives.
