Macros are now stored in AppVars allowing you customize them without recompiling HIDeous.

Added Macro support, allowing you to define custom key sequences. Macros are hardcoded for now, but I can make them more flexible later down the line.

Reintroduced keypadc for improved input handling. It is now possible to hold down keys instead of them only being pressed once. You can also hold down multiple keys at once. Have fun trying to game with it!
