The (un)tradable flag can be done through specs, right? If thats the case, one can already do this by using the blacklist |

I believe that would work since it's just properties; in which case I'd recommend putting it in the default config - gifting tradeables is probably not intended in most cases. |

Currently non-tradeable pokemon can be gifted, this PR resolves this issue.
