Summary

  • LocalApiKeysRepo.apiKeys and LocalSigningService.addressBook are now created with Object.create(null), so lookups only match entries that were explicitly configured or added.
  • Adds regression tests for lookups of unconfigured keys and signer handles, and for adding a signer whose handle collides with a built-in object property name.

Stacked on #374 (fix/sonar-quality-gate); merge that first.

Test plan

  • jest src/datastore/local-store/repos/api-key.repo.spec.ts src/signing/services/local-signing.service.spec.ts (23 passed; new cases fail without the fix)
  • eslint and tsc --noEmit clean
