Max ruled on 2026-10-29 that public PolicyEngine links go to policyengine.org, never to a hosting address. This repo's README linked the app's Vercel host; policyengine.org serves the same app at https://policyengine.org/uk/triple-lock through policyengine-app-v2's zone rewrite (website/src/data/appZoneRoutes.ts).

curl -sL https://policyengine.org/uk/triple-lock answers 200 (2026-10-29), and the routing table maps that route to this repo's Vercel deployment.

axiom: n/a: README link change, no policy logic

Independent review: an Opus 5.5 agent approved this PR at d3b2227 (review brief reviews/batch4.md, 2026-10-30). Every Codex lane was held by the operator until about 05:31Z, so the GPT-6.1 Sol review could not run; Max's standing merge gates allow an Opus 5.5 review when the Codex lanes are closed. Checks green, mergeable, no changes requested.
