+- Count war disablement pensions, war widow's or widower's pensions and Armed Forces Compensation Scheme guaranteed income payments of the claimant and partner in Pension Credit income, each payment less £10 a week (State Pension Credit Regulations 2002 Sch. IV para. 1). Housing Benefit and Council Tax Reduction continue to disregard them in full, including where they take the Pension Credit assessment of a savings-credit-only award.
