Complete missing game indices

Change description

This PR updates all game indices in the following csv files (sources available via the hyperlinks) :

• item_game_indices : gen 1, 2 and 9
• type_game_indices : from gen 7 to gen 9
• pokemon_game_indices : from XY (close Pokemon from 6th generation lack game indices #1283)
• location_games_indices : main games only

Note

• From gen 7, game indices refer to different locations depending on the version group. Since location_games_indices only contains a generation_id column, I have only completed it with the locations of the main series games (i.e. usum - swsh - sv).
• I fixed some game indices of locations that were uncorrect (values 1 lower than the real ones)
