Disposable connection test to verify that a Cursor Cloud Agent can branch from
main, commit, and open a pull request on this fork.Adds
CLOUD_AGENT_TEST_PR.mdonly. No protocol, SDK, or e2e changes.Safe to close without merging.
Follow-up commit adds a timestamp line to confirm push/update flow.
