Closes ## [Unreleased] as ## [0.7.2] - 2026-09-13 over the two fixes already on main:

Version bump

spec.version plus the four documentation spots that go stale silently: the README SPM "pick version" line and from:, the README git-tag fallback, the README and Scripts/package-pjsip-release.sh packaging examples, and RELEASE_VERSION in RELEASING.md. The CocoaPods ~> 0.7 constraint already covers 0.7.2 and is unchanged.

Field pass

Not run. Both fixes sit on the push and registration path, which FIELD-TESTING.md names as the trigger for a new on-device pass, so the 0.7.2 run record is opened as owed rather than left blank. It lists what this release specifically wants confirmed: scenarios 1 and 11 on a credentials-with-the-push build (the log must carry no SIP account yet; waiting for -loginWithConfiguration: and no No configuration error), one REGISTER per push in the PBX log for a host-owned integration, and scenario 7 after the PJLIB initialization change.

Testing

./Scripts/run-package-tests.sh on the merged content — 84 registry tests and 65 package tests, 0 failures. This PR itself changes only documentation and the podspec version.

Closes the Unreleased section for the push-before-login and PJLIB thread
registration fixes and bumps the version in the podspec, the README
install snippets, the packaging script and the releasing guide.

The 0.7.2 field record is opened as not run: both fixes sit on the push
and registration path, which FIELD-TESTING.md names as the trigger for a
new on-device pass.
