Our current flagship project is Paca – an AI-native, lightweight, free project management platform designed as an open-source alternative to Jira, ClickUp, Trello, or Monday.com.
Instead of just slapping an AI chatbot or basic automation on the sidelines, Paca treats AI as a first-class teammate in your Scrum team:
- A Seat at the Table: AI agents sit directly on your Scrumban board, pick up tasks, join Sprint planning, and update their status in real-time just like a human engineer.
- End-to-End Collaboration: The AI collaborates with you to write BDD specs (Gherkin), design systems (SDD), and automate testing within an isolated, safe sandbox environment via the OpenHands SDK.
- Extensible Architecture: Built with a high-performance Go and TypeScript core, Paca supports unlimited expansion through WASM Plugin Sandboxes and the Model Context Protocol (MCP).
