Allows some missing fields in Planet.full response and defaults them to None values.
If a company is liquidated while their COG Vote is still present, their company code will be null.

Additionally, resolves similar issue I ran into where a company that had voted for COGC was liquidates and present in FIO output for Planet YA-471e
