도감 상세모달 UX 개선, 가챠 시스템 로직 수정, 포켓몬 카드 이미지 전체 교체

📌 작업 배경

상세모달 스크롤 인지 불가, 카드팩 빈 상태 UI 부재, 가챠 풀에 중간/최종 진화형 포함 문제, 카드 이미지 에셋 업데이트 필요

FloatingButton 카드팩 0개 빈 상태 UI
CardGachaModal 빈 팩 상태 UI

GachaCardItem / DeckSidePanel 이미지 사이즈 최적화
