cloud-deploy.sh, relay-deploy.sh, site-deploy.sh and download-publish.sh now live in Orgo's private OrgoAI/bops-secrets (pushed), next to the release script that already runs its own copy of download-publish.sh. This removes them here; the box setup (cloud/deploy, site/deploy) stays, and the README, the release notes guide and the comments on latest.json say which script writes what. Nothing in this repo calls the removed scripts. To merge after v0.0.29 is out, so main doesn't move during the release.
