Summary

• bump package, runtime, Codex, Claude, publisher, documentation, issue-template, and current project-status versions to 0.1.1
• keep Claude marketplace root and plugin entry aligned with provider manifests
• extend fail-closed validation across package, runtime, provider, publisher, and project-status versions
• add negative coverage for runtime and project-release version drift

Release notes

This patch release publishes repository-local Codex and Claude plugin/marketplace registration for the canonical skill and aligns component publisher metadata with Openly Useful’s live founder-operated, formation-pending authority. No MCP server is introduced.
