Why
This completes the public launch surface around the already-released v0.1.0 core while preserving review gates and local-first privacy boundaries.
Impact
Contributor entry points become clearer, repository presentation is consistent with Openly Useful, and launch readiness is machine-readable. Runtime behavior is unchanged.
