Prepares the provenance-aligned v1.2.1 patch release for both Project Status and RunGlance.

• advances VERSION, canonical component metadata, package and lock manifests, runtime-reported versions, both MCP Registry records, and both provider marketplaces
• regenerates all OpenAI/Codex and Claude plugin mirrors from canonical sources
• retains founder-operated publication authorization while Openly Useful LLC remains formation-pending
• preserves RunGlance founder-personal ownership with transferRequired: false
• documents the exact-commit GitHub release boundary and keeps npm/MCP publication separate

Clean-clone validation:

• root tests: 136 total, 135 pass, 1 expected skip; Sites: 7/7
• Project Status MCP: build, typecheck, 3/3 tests
• RunGlance MCP: build, typecheck, 5/5 tests
• release-sync: 92 generated files, clean
• release-check: v1.2.1 valid, distributionReady, and publishReady are true
• both prepublishOnly gates and npm dry runs pass without publishing
• all six deterministic archives build and verify reproducibly

After merge, assets will be rebuilt from the exact merge commit before the immutable v1.2.1 tag and GitHub release are created. npm and MCP Registry publication are intentionally excluded.
