Minification does not work #2106

I didn't forget about you....
This is one of the mitigations from #2088 ... when I feel it is stable enough I'll reenable the EXPERIMENTAL minification.... however I will add a little blurb to the about page
to show that it is "bypassed" if in that state.
What happened?
Using the @required directive to load a library from OpenUserJS no more delivers minified code, the .min.js version is identical to just .js version.
What did you expect to happen?
Get minified source
What the problem might be?
The minification engine is either broken or was intentionally deactivated (why?)
