fix: bump awesome to fix error on process_group new

🎩 Description

This PR bumps decidim_awesome release/0.31-stable to its latest commit to fix error on process_group new.

Testing

1. As an admin, go to processes > process groups
2. Click on 'New process group'
3. See that you can access the new view without error (cf screenshot one)
4. Create a process group
5. Check that you can edit it (screenshot two) and that you have access to the landing page layout (screenshot three)
