Caches with corrected coordinates showing outside map radius

I am seeing caches with corrected coordinates showing up outside the map radius. My theory is that the posted coordinates may be being used for determination if a cache is in the radius rather than using the corrected coordinates, but I can't tell for sure. Can anyone confirm this?

I reproduced it again, but it only seems to happen in this area so I don't think my initial theory was correct.

I can send a gsak database of 331 caches that you can import to osak and I can give steps to reproduce if you let me know the best way to send the database.
