1) waveDir can be passed down to FFarm-toolbox following the same logic as the other variables. 2) I turned off manual mode when creating TS files to get varying low resolution boxes given varying hub-height wind speeds.

This branch is currently not able to merge due to conflicts. So work needs to be done on both ends to get it to work.
Goal: support features including Hs, Tp, wave direction, and current forces to be input to generate various seeds of wave conditions.

Final note: This branch works well with OpenFAST v.4.0.5. There are API changes in newer versions that has to be reflected in the toolbox (mostly related to HydroDyn) to get it to work.
