This consolidates and completes the useful fixes proposed in #16, #19, #20, #21, and #23 while preserving their original commits.
It adds exact memory-scope filtering (including global-only and empty filters), case-insensitive CSV header deduplication, broader audit credential redaction, safe empty-source KB replacement without an empty embedding request, SQL row-limit enforcement, and profile-path validation. The overlapping configuration tests from #18 and #19 are retained together.
