- Add a built-in Codex worker template with shared workspace files and agent-teams skill
- Provision Codex workspaces and sync template skills into the Codex home skills path
- Check docker/boxlite CLI availability for sandbox runtimes, including Windows boxlite handling
- Show unavailable runtime warnings in the create-agent UI while keeping PicoClaw as the default template
