docs(architecture): expand guides and preserve historical sources

Expand eight bilingual architecture and data-model topics with concrete ownership, lifecycle, configuration and API examples. Add ten editable SVG diagrams and preserve all 40 original documentation articles with byte-exact provenance, so historical material remains available alongside the current guides.

Synchronize the documentation with accepted source-layout main 833960a8b806e15966459af05612830f3d6d5e12: public headers use include/ark/, implementations use src/core/ and src/plugins/<name>/, and application architecture links the accepted TOML manifest schema. Retain the complete launcher/configuration guides, navigation and AI-readable exports. This PR changes 71 documentation paths only; runtime, SDK, build and CI source are unchanged.

Validation at ea509ebe516481157bc8fe864efdc6febedcf8f2, tree 7ab6a06f587a7fb35b6e502868becaa203447c21:

• The final tree exactly matches the independently reviewed and tested integration rehearsal; it contains actual accepted main.
• All 34 CI/README policy tests and seven Nimbus content/archive tests passed; Astro reported no errors, warnings or hints. The built site contains 69 pages plus 46 redirects, with 115 HTML files and 195 internal references checked.
• Full clang-format 18 and local README-link checks passed. Forty archived originals, their metadata and the ten diagrams preserve the reviewed bytes.
• Integration and current-document whitespace checks passed. An unrestricted check still reports whitespace in unchanged historical source articles; those originals are intentionally preserved.

Protected checks must pass on this published head and its actual merge-queue candidate. This documentation change does not implement hot updates, alter shutdown behavior or claim new runtime/capacity validation.
