I’m Omar, a senior Computer Engineering student at Ain Shams University, driven by a passion to solve real-world problems through technology. During my Google internships in London (2024 & 2025), I contributed directly to the Android Operating System, shipping code that enhances the experience for billions of users worldwide.
In 2024, I worked with the Android Input Framework team, engineering a touchpad visualization tool using Java and C++. This tool enabled developers to debug multi-touch gestures and clicks in real time. In 2025, I returned to the Onboarding Journey team, designing a Kotlin validation framework for the Setup Wizard. By applying graph algorithms (DFS), I automated error checks to detect over 100 infinite loops, reducing manual testing time by 60%.
Currently, I am building full-stack systems, pairing robust Spring Boot microservices with offline-first Flutter apps to deliver complete, production-ready products.
