Bumps Client::VERSION (and its pin in tests/PublicClaimsTest.php) to 3.0.1 and adds the 3.0.1 CHANGELOG entry.

What ships (since v3.0.0)

Patch bump: no public API change.

One test change, and why it is needed

tests/VersioningTest.php was written for the 3.0.0 release. Its breaking-change assertions read the topmost CHANGELOG entry, so adding any entry above 3.0.0 failed 12 tests (every ### Breaking changes needle) — the only way to pass would have been to restate 3.0.0's breaks under 3.0.1, telling a reader upgrading from 3.0.0 that something new broke.

The breaking-change tests now read the entry for LAST_BC_COMPATIBLE_MAJOR + 1 = 3.0.0 by version heading. Unchanged: "topmost entry carries a version heading" and "topmost entry matches Client::VERSION", which are correct for every release.

• Before the test change, on this branch: Tests: 248, Failures: 12
• After: OK (248 tests, 766 assertions)
• Red-capable: renaming the ## 3.0.0 heading makes the suite fail with CHANGELOG.md has no "## 3.0.0" entry.
• Assertion count is 24 lower than main's 790: the old helper made two structural assertions on each of its 12 calls; the new lookup makes none on the success path. No test was removed.

Verification (local)

• Clean main (ea86475) baseline: OK (248 tests, 790 assertions)
• This branch: OK (248 tests, 766 assertions), PHPStan [OK] No errors
• No 3.0.0 left outside CHANGELOG

Packagist picks up the v3.0.1 tag after merge.
