Why

Dependabot PR #35 fails the audit gate on a transitive qs advisory. Validation is not scheduled, so a quiet repo can remain red without notice.

Acceptance criteria

  • Update or override the affected dependency without lowering the audit threshold.
  • Merge or supersede build(deps-dev): bump fast-uri from 3.1.5 to 3.1.7 #35.
  • Run runtime, public-claims, secret, portfolio, and deployment-package checks.
  • Record shipped-runtime versus dev-only exposure.
  • Add weekly scheduled validation with actionable failure reporting.

Delivery

Independent maintenance change.
