3.4.1 (published 2026-09-13 to npm with provenance and to the MCP registry) fixes opa_get_marine_fuels, which threw on every unfiltered call and returned "no data" for its advertised filters, and opa_get_well_activity, which timed out on every call while /v1/ei/well-permits/states returns HTTP 500.
