- it's now possible to filter out any plugins marked as commercial, ai developed or abanadoned - the "ai-developed" attribute added in OctoPrint/plugins.octoprint.org#1442 is now visualized

Initial changes for identifying plugins where AI was involved in the development. This PR will simply add a badge similar to Cloud or Commercial is currently.
