Summary

  • Update the hashed production and development locks from multidict 6.8.0 to 6.9.1 for CVE-2026-104874.
  • Update Werkzeug 3.1.8 to 3.1.9 for CVE-2026-102598.
  • Keep every other dependency version unchanged.

Verification

  • scripts/lock_dependencies.py --check passed under Python 3.11 on Linux.
  • The CI pip-audit command passed with no known vulnerabilities after its existing three documented exclusions.
  • The local pre-commit syntax and compliance JSON checks passed.

The post-merge dev CI run failed only in SCA (pip-audit) and its aggregate CI Summary; the other substantive jobs passed.

Update the production and development locks to multidict 6.9.1 and Werkzeug 3.1.9, addressing CVE-2026-104874 and CVE-2026-102598. Keep all other dependency pins unchanged.
