Spanish translation of ASVS v5.0.0

Hello OWASP Team,
Congratulations on publishing ASVS v5.0.0!

I am starting the translation of the ASVS v5.0.0 into Spanish (es). This issue is intended to notify the OWASP team and community that the translation is underway and to align with the official contribution process.

I have read the CONTRIBUTING.md and will follow the recommended steps:

Fork the repository
Copy the /5.0/en folder to /5.0/es
Translate the Markdown files, preserving the exact structure, numbering, and terminology
Once complete, I will open a Pull Request targeting the v5.0.0 branch.

If anyone from the Spanish speaking community is interested in contributing, feel free to collaborate!
I will be sharing the translation progress here in this issue.

Hi @paul-manjarres @tghosth, I’m a software developer based in Bogotá and a native Spanish speaker. I’m studying ASVS 5.0 and would like to contribute to the Spanish translation.

Is the translation still active, and where are you coordinating the work? I could start with a small subsection or help review an existing translation. I can dedicate around two hours per week initially.

Hi @paul-manjarres @tghosth, I opened draft PR #3409 against v5.0.0 so the team can inspect the current Spanish translation progress. It includes a recent wording, grammar, and reference review of 5.0/es/0x03-What-is-the-ASVS.md.

The translation is still in progress. Remaining English content and validation issues are documented in the PR. I'll keep coordination and feedback here in #3238.

Hi, I'll take a look. Last time I was having issues because my branch was not based on v5.0.0. sorry for answering late
