Description
Open bump test was passing to many root files to felis during parallel testing, it now matches the hybrid ids to each module and only submits the three appropriate files to felis. The communication test is an fc7-wide test and all modules will inherit the same status. Previously only the first module was getting updated, so all other modules showed up as Failed. That's fixed now.
