Bumps [pytest-cov](https://github.com/pytest-dev/pytest-cov) from 6.1.1 to 7.1.0. <details> <summary>Changelog</summary> <p><em>Sourced from <a href="https://github.com/pytest-dev/pytest-cov/blob/master/CHANGELOG.rst">pytest-cov's changelog</a>.</em></p> <blockquote> <h2>7.1.0 (2026-03-21)</h2> <ul> <li> <p>Fixed total coverage computation to always be consistent, regardless of reporting settings. Previously some reports could produce different total counts, and consequently can make --cov-fail-under behave different depending on reporting options. See <code>[#641](pytest-dev/pytest-cov#641) <https://github.com/pytest-dev/pytest-cov/issues/641></code>_.</p> </li> <li> <p>Improve handling of ResourceWarning from sqlite3.</p> <p>The plugin adds warning filter for sqlite3 <code>ResourceWarning</code> unclosed database (since 6.2.0). It checks if there is already existing plugin for this message by comparing filter regular expression. When filter is specified on command line the message is escaped and does not match an expected message. A check for an escaped regular expression is added to handle this case.</p> <p>With this fix one can suppress <code>ResourceWarning</code> from sqlite3 from command line::</p> <p>pytest -W "ignore:unclosed database in <sqlite3.Connection object at:ResourceWarning" ...</p> </li> <li> <p>Various improvements to documentation. Contributed by Art Pelling in <code>[#718](pytest-dev/pytest-cov#718) <https://github.com/pytest-dev/pytest-cov/pull/718></code>_ and "vivodi" in <code>[#738](pytest-dev/pytest-cov#738) <https://github.com/pytest-dev/pytest-cov/pull/738></code><em>. Also closed <code>[#736](pytest-dev/pytest-cov#736) <https://github.com/pytest-dev/pytest-cov/issues/736></code></em>.</p> </li> <li> <p>Fixed some assertions in tests. Contributed by in Markéta Machová in <code>[#722](pytest-dev/pytest-cov#722) <https://github.com/pytest-dev/pytest-cov/pull/722></code>_.</p> </li> <li> <p>Removed unnecessary coverage configuration copying (meant as a backup because reporting commands had configuration side-effects before coverage 5.0).</p> </li> </ul> <h2>7.0.0 (2025-09-09)</h2> <ul> <li> <p>Dropped support for subprocesses measurement.</p> <p>It was a feature added long time ago when coverage lacked a nice way to measure subprocesses created in tests. It relied on a <code>.pth</code> file, there was no way to opt-out and it created bad interactions with <code>coverage's new patch system <https://coverage.readthedocs.io/en/latest/config.html#run-patch></code>_ added in <code>7.10 <https://coverage.readthedocs.io/en/7.10.6/changes.html#version-7-10-0-2025-07-24></code>_.</p> <p>To migrate to this release you might need to enable the suprocess patch, example for <code>.coveragerc</code>:</p> <p>.. code-block:: ini</p> <p>[run] patch = subprocess</p> <p>This release also requires at least coverage 7.10.6.</p> </li> <li> <p>Switched packaging to have metadata completely in <code>pyproject.toml</code> and use <code>hatchling <https://pypi.org/project/hatchling/></code>_ for building. Contributed by Ofek Lev in <code>[#551](pytest-dev/pytest-cov#551) <https://github.com/pytest-dev/pytest-cov/pull/551></code>_ with some extras in <code>[#716](pytest-dev/pytest-cov#716) <https://github.com/pytest-dev/pytest-cov/pull/716></code>_.</p> </li> <li> <p>Removed some not really necessary testing deps like <code>six</code>.</p> </li> </ul> <!-- raw HTML omitted --> </blockquote> <p>... Updates `pydantic-settings` from 2.9.1 to 2.15.0

releases</a>.</em></p>
<blockquote>
<h2>v2.15.0</h2>
<h2>Highlights</h2>
<h3>Behavior changes</h3>
<ul>
<li><strong><code>case_sensitive</code> now applies to init kwargs and
config-file sources</strong> (<a
href="https://redirect.github.com/pydantic/pydantic-settings/pull/900">#900</a>).
<code>InitSettingsSource</code> and the JSON/TOML/YAML config sources
previously ignored <code>case_sensitive</code>. Since it defaults to
<code>False</code>, <strong>case-insensitive matching is now the
default</strong> for these sources — e.g.
<code>Settings(TeSt=...)</code> now populates a <code>test</code> field
where it previously did not. Nested keys are still matched
case-sensitively.</li>
<li><strong>Fields with unresolved forward references now emit a
warning</strong> (<a
href="https://redirect.github.com/pydantic/pydantic-settings/pull/901">#901</a>).
Settings sources can silently fail to resolve such fields; they now
raise <code>IncompleteFieldDefinitionWarning</code> telling you to call
<code>model_rebuild()</code>. If you have <code>filterwarnings =
error</code> configured, this may surface as a new failure.</li>
<li><strong>Non-JSON env values for strict fields now raise
<code>ValidationError</code></strong> (<a
href="https://redirect.github.com/pydantic/pydantic-settings/pull/926">#926</a>)
instead of a less specific error.</li>
</ul>
<h3>New features</h3>
<ul>
<li><strong>Show environment variable names in CLI help</strong> via
<code>cli_show_env_vars=True</code> (<a
href="https://redirect.github.com/pydantic/pydantic-settings/pull/860">#860</a>),
so generated <code>--help</code> output doubles as configuration
documentation.</li>
<li><strong><code>PYDANTIC_SETTINGS_DEBUG</code> for debugging settings
resolution</strong> (<a
href="https://redirect.github.com/pydantic/pydantic-settings/pull/906">#906</a>,
<a
href="https://redirect.github.com/pydantic/pydantic-settings/pull/913">#913</a>).
Set it to a truthy value with <code>DEBUG</code> logging enabled to see
each source's contribution in priority order, which source won for each
value, and which <code>env_file</code>/secret files were probed, loaded,
or skipped — the long-standing "why isn't my <code>.env</code>
being picked up?" question.</li>
<li><strong><code>toml_table_header</code> for regular TOML
files</strong> (<a
href="https://redirect.github.com/pydantic/pydantic-settings/pull/882">#882</a>,
<a
href="https://redirect.github.com/pydantic/pydantic-settings/pull/886">#886</a>,
<a
href="https://redirect.github.com/pydantic/pydantic-settings/pull/887">#887</a>),
letting you root settings at a nested table in any TOML file, not just
<code>pyproject.toml</code>.</li>
<li><strong><code>Traversable</code> support for JSON/TOML/YAML file
sources</strong> (<a
href="https://redirect.github.com/pydantic/pydantic-settings/pull/902">#902</a>),
so you can load config packaged inside a distribution — including files
inside a zip or wheel — via <code>importlib.resources.files(...)</code>
without casting to <code>Path</code>.</li>
<li><strong>GCP: <code>project_id</code> can come from an earlier
settings source</strong> (<a
href="https://redirect.github.com/pydantic/pydantic-settings/pull/878">#878</a>),
rather than only from the constructor or
<code>GOOGLE_CLOUD_PROJECT</code>.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Bug fixes</h3>
<ul>
<li>Fix env vars not loading on Windows with
<code>case_sensitive=True</code> (<a
href="https://redirect.github.com/pydantic/pydantic-settings/pull/894">#894</a>).
Windows upper-cases <code>os.environ</code> keys, so fields raised
<code>Field required</code> instead of picking up their values.</li>
<li>Read secret files as UTF-8 instead of the platform locale encoding
(<a
href="https://redirect.github.com/pydantic/pydantic-settings/pull/917">#917</a>).
On Windows code pages such as cp1252 this silently corrupted non-ASCII
secrets.</li>
<li>Fix <code>AliasPath</code> on nested model fields not JSON-decoding
env values (<a
href="https://redirect.github.com/pydantic/pydantic-settings/pull/898">#898</a>).</li>
<li>Fix case-insensitive matching for <strong>optional</strong> nested
models (<a
href="https://redirect.github.com/pydantic/pydantic-settings/pull/905">#905</a>).</li>
<li>Fix dotenv extras being wrongly claimed by a complex field sharing a
name prefix (<a
href="https://redirect.github.com/pydantic/pydantic-settings/pull/912">#912</a>)
— e.g. <code>dbx_token</code> being swallowed by a <code>db: dict</code>
field.</li>
<li>Fix <code>nested_model_default_partial_update=True</code> corrupting
discriminated unions (<a
href="https://redirect.github.com/pydantic/pydantic-settings/pull/876">#876</a>).</li>
<li>Fix <code>Secret</code> subclasses crashing when loaded from the
environment (<a
href="https://redirect.github.com/pydantic/pydantic-settings/pull/920">#920</a>).</li>
<li>Fix enum names not parsing through nested annotations such as
<code>Optional[Annotated[MyEnum, ...]]</code> with
<code>env_parse_enums=True</code> (<a
href="https://redirect.github.com/pydantic/pydantic-settings/pull/910">#910</a>).</li>
<li>An empty <code>yaml_config_section</code> now falls back to defaults
instead of raising <code>AttributeError: 'NoneType' object has no
attribute 'keys'</code> (<a
href="https://redirect.github.com/pydantic/pydantic-settings/pull/914">#914</a>).</li>
<li><code>NestedSecretsSettingsSource</code> no longer follows symlinks
pointing outside <code>secrets_dir</code> (<a
href="https://redirect.github.com/pydantic/pydantic-settings/pull/889">#889</a>).</li>
<li>GCP: skip the <code>list_secrets</code> call when
<code>case_sensitive=True</code> (<a
href="https://redirect.github.com/pydantic/pydantic-settings/pull/862">#862</a>),
lowering the required IAM permissions to just
<code>roles/secretmanager.secretAccessor</code>.</li>
<li>AWS: <code>types-boto3[secretsmanager]</code> is no longer required
at runtime (<a
href="https://redirect.github.com/pydantic/pydantic-settings/pull/880">#880</a>).</li>
</ul>
<h3>Documentation</h3>
<ul>
<li>Document JSON parsing of complex env values, plus a
comma-separated-values recipe (<a
href="https://redirect.github.com/pydantic/pydantic-settings/pull/919">#919</a>).</li>
<li>Recommend an async settings loading pattern (<a
href="https://redirect.github.com/pydantic/pydantic-settings/pull/908">#908</a>).</li>
<li>Clarify behavior when an unprefixed value is present in a dotenv
file (<a
href="https://redirect.github.com/pydantic/pydantic-settings/pull/895">#895</a>).</li>
<li>Clarify environment variable helper descriptions (<a
href="https://redirect.github.com/pydantic/pydantic-settings/pull/867">#867</a>)
and fix assorted typos (<a
href="https://redirect.github.com/pydantic/pydantic-settings/pull/904">#904</a>).</li>

Updates `sqlalchemy` from 2.0.41 to 2.0.54

<h1>2.0.54</h1>
<p>Released: September 15, 2026</p>
<h2>platform</h2>
<ul>
<li>
<p><strong>[platform] [change]</strong> Binary wheels are no longer
built for Python 3.7. PyPI now rejects wheel
files whose filename does not begin with the normalized project name,
and
the packaging tools that can be installed on Python 3.7 do not produce
such a filename. As a result, SQLAlchemy 2.0.44 was the last release to
publish Python 3.7 wheels to PyPI, and releases 2.0.45 and later have
been available on Python 3.7 only as a source distribution; the wheel
builds for Python 3.7 are now removed. Python 3.7 remains supported by
the 2.0 series.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p><strong>[platform] [bug]</strong> Fixed issue where the Cython
extensions were compiled without the
<code>freethreading_compatible</code> directive, so that they did not
declare
themselves as safe to run without the GIL. On a free-threaded Python
interpreter such as Python 3.13t or 3.14t, importing SQLAlchemy would
cause the interpreter to re-enable the GIL, emitting a
<code>RuntimeWarning</code>. The directive is now set when building for
Python
3.13 and above, and a test has been added which confirms that importing
SQLAlchemy on a free-threaded build does not enable the GIL.</p>

<h2>orm</h2>
<ul>
<li>
<p><strong>[orm] [bug]</strong> Fixed issue where an expression passed
to <code>_orm.with_expression()</code>
that embedded a <code>_sql.select()</code>, such as a correlated
<code>_sql.exists()</code>, would fail to populate the attribute
correctly on
the second and subsequent executions of an otherwise identical
statement, when the <code>_orm.query_expression()</code> attribute was
loaded
by a relationship loader that emits a second query, i.e.
<code>_orm.selectinload()</code>, <code>_orm.lazyload()</code> or
<code>_orm.immediateload()</code>.</p>
<p>References: <a

</li>
<li>
<p><strong>[orm] [bug]</strong> Fixed memory issue where mapped classes,
along with their
<code>Table</code> and <code>_orm.Mapper</code> objects, would not be
garbage
collected after the <code>_orm.registry</code> in which they were mapped
had
been disposed and dereferenced. The issue would occur for mappings that
made use of <code>_orm.relationship()</code> together with constructs

Updates `click` from 8.2.1 to 8.5.0

<h2>8.5.0</h2>
<p>This is the Click 8.5.0 feature release. A feature release may
include new features, remove previously deprecated code, add new
deprecation, or introduce potentially breaking changes.</p>
<p>We encourage everyone to upgrade. You can read more about our <a
href="https://palletsprojects.com/versions">Version Support Policy</a>
on our website.</p>
<p>PyPI: <a
href="https://pypi.org/project/click/8.5.0/">https://pypi.org/project/click/8.5.0/</a>
Changes: <a

Milestone <a
href="https://github.com/pallets/click/milestone/33">https://github.com/pallets/click/milestone/33</a></p>
<ul>
<li>Add built-in shell completion support for PowerShell (Windows
PowerShell
5.1+ and pwsh 7+) alongside the existing <code>bash</code>,
<code>zsh</code>, and <code>fish</code>
completers. Use <code>_FOO_BAR_COMPLETE=powershell_source foo-bar</code>
to generate
the completion script. <a
href="https://redirect.github.com/pallets/click/issues/2672">#2672</a>
<a
href="https://redirect.github.com/pallets/click/issues/3637">#3637</a></li>
<li>Supported versions of Windows enable ANSI terminal styles by
default.
Colorama is no longer a dependency and is not used. <a
href="https://redirect.github.com/pallets/click/issues/2986">#2986</a>
<a
href="https://redirect.github.com/pallets/click/issues/3505">#3505</a></li>
<li>{class}<code>Argument</code> accepts a <code>help</code> parameter,
and help output includes
a <code>Positional arguments</code> section when argument help is
available. <a
href="https://redirect.github.com/pallets/click/issues/2983">#2983</a>
<a
href="https://redirect.github.com/pallets/click/issues/3473">#3473</a></li>
<li><code>confirm()</code> and <code>prompt()</code> strip ANSI color
and style codes from the
prompt when the output stream does not support them, matching
<code>echo()</code>.
This stripping was lost in <code>8.4.0</code> when <a
href="https://redirect.github.com/pallets/click/issues/2969">#2969</a>
began writing the
prompt with <code>input()</code> directly. <a
href="https://redirect.github.com/pallets/click/issues/3572">#3572</a>
<a
href="https://redirect.github.com/pallets/click/issues/3653">#3653</a></li>
<li>{class}<code>Path</code> with <code>allow_dash=True</code> no longer
triggers a <code>BytesWarning</code>,
an error under <code>python -bb</code>, when checking a value against
the <code>-</code>
convention. <a
href="https://redirect.github.com/pallets/click/issues/2877">#2877</a>
<a
href="https://redirect.github.com/pallets/click/issues/3642">#3642</a></li>
<li>Add {func}<code>custom_version_option</code>, a
<code>--version</code> option whose output is
produced by a callback, covering cases {func}<code>version_option</code>
intentionally
does not. The feature set of {func}<code>version_option</code> is now
frozen; see
[discussion <a
href="https://redirect.github.com/pallets/click/issues/3527">#3527</a>](<a
href="https://github.com/pallets/click/discussions/3527">https://github.com/pallets/click/discussions/3527</a>).
<a
href="https://redirect.github.com/pallets/click/issues/3581">#3581</a></li>
<li><code>style()</code> and <code>secho()</code> no longer silently
drop the 256-color index <code>0</code>
(black) passed as <code>fg</code> or <code>bg</code>, and now validate
color arguments. Invalid
colors raise a <code>ValueError</code> instead of a
<code>TypeError</code>. <a
href="https://redirect.github.com/pallets/click/issues/3677">#3677</a></li>
<li>The automatic help option stores its value under the reserved name
<code>_click_default_help</code> instead of <code>help</code>, so a
parameter named <code>help</code> no
longer breaks parsing. The new name is visible in
{meth}<code>Command.to_info_dict</code> output. Parameters that
overwrite each other's
value trigger a warning: an argument sharing its name with another
parameter, or any parameter claiming the reserved name. Options may
still
share a name to compete for the same value (feature switches).
<a
href="https://redirect.github.com/pallets/click/issues/2819">#2819</a>
<a
href="https://redirect.github.com/pallets/click/issues/3678">#3678</a></li>
<li><code>unstyle</code> and the ANSI handling behind help-text wrapping
now strip the full
CSI escape-sequence grammar. <a
href="https://redirect.github.com/pallets/click/issues/3681">#3681</a></li>
<li>Streamline <code>Option</code> flag handling: the flag-kind, type,
lazy-default and
validation steps in <code>Option.__init__</code> move into focused
helpers, and
<code>flag_value</code> and <code>default</code> keep their unset
sentinel at construction
(resolved lazily on read) so <code>is UNSET</code> reliably tells a
user-supplied value
from an auto-derived one. Runtime behavior is unchanged, but
{meth}<code>Parameter.to_info_dict</code> now resolves
<code>default=True</code> on a feature
switch to its <code>flag_value</code>, matching what the function
receives at call</li>

Updates `python-dotenv` from 1.2.2 to 1.2.4
<details>
<summary>Release notes</summary>
<p><em>Sourced from <a
href="https://github.com/theskumar/python-dotenv/releases">python-dotenv's
releases</a>.</em></p>
<blockquote>
<h2>v1.2.4</h2>
<h3>Fixed</h3>
<ul>
<li><code>dotenv get</code> no longer exits with code 1 for empty string
values (<code>KEY=</code>) by [<a
href="https://github.com/ShamikOfficial"><code>@ShamikOfficial</code></a>]
in <a
href="https://redirect.github.com/theskumar/python-dotenv/issues/700">#700</a></li>
<li>An unquoted empty value followed by an inline comment (e.g.
<code>KEY= # comment</code>) is now parsed as an empty string instead of
the comment text by [<a
href="https://github.com/Noethix55555"><code>@Noethix55555</code></a>]
in <a
href="https://redirect.github.com/theskumar/python-dotenv/issues/663">#663</a></li>
<li><code>dotenv run --no-override</code> now expands variable
references with the same precedence as
<code>load_dotenv(override=False)</code>, so a value like
<code>${BASE}/suffix</code> uses the existing <code>BASE</code> from the
environment instead of the one from the <code>.env</code> file by [<a
href="https://github.com/ROTl24"><code>@ROTl24</code></a>] in <a
href="https://redirect.github.com/theskumar/python-dotenv/issues/698">#698</a></li>
</ul>
<h2>v1.2.3</h2>
<h3>Fixed</h3>
<ul>
<li>Strip a leading UTF-8 BOM from <code>.env</code> file contents so
the first variable is no longer silently lost when the file is saved
with BOM (e.g. by some JetBrains IDEs on Windows) by [<a
href="https://github.com/h1whelan"><code>@h1whelan</code></a>] in <a
href="https://redirect.github.com/theskumar/python-dotenv/issues/640">#640</a></li>
<li><code>set_key</code> now escapes backslashes, so values containing
them (Windows paths, regular expressions) survive a write/read
round-trip. Quoted values ending in an escaped backslash are no longer
mis-parsed as an escaped quote, which used to swallow the following
lines by [<a
href="https://github.com/dchaudhari7177"><code>@dchaudhari7177</code></a>]
in <a
href="https://redirect.github.com/theskumar/python-dotenv/issues/680">#680</a></li>
<li><code>dotenv run</code> now prints a friendly error instead of a
traceback when no command is given by [<a
href="https://github.com/bbc2"><code>@bbc2</code></a>] in <a
href="https://redirect.github.com/theskumar/python-dotenv/issues/606">#606</a></li>
<li>Cache the parsed result for empty <code>.env</code> files so
repeated <code>dotenv_values</code>/<code>load_dotenv</code> calls no
longer re-read the file by [<a
href="https://github.com/ReinerBRO"><code>@ReinerBRO</code></a>] in <a

<h2>usecase</h2>
<ul>
<li>
<p><strong>[usecase] [batch]</strong> Added a warning for the case where
an unnamed CHECK constraint on a
reflected table is omitted from a batch "recreate" operation.
An unnamed
CHECK constraint can't be reliably carried over in a batch recreate
as it may refer to columns that are being dropped or changed. This
omission was previously a silent operation. The presence of any
<code>~sqlalchemy.schema.CheckConstraint</code> in
<code>Operations.batch_alter_table.table_args</code> is taken to
indicate
that the case has been accommodated, and no warning is emitted.</p>

<p><strong>[usecase] [autogenerate]</strong> Autogenerate now renders a
warning comment above any rendered
<code>Operations.drop_constraint()</code> directive for which the
constraint name
is <code>None</code>, as is the case when a constraint that has no name
in the model
is dropped, most typically within the <code>downgrade()</code> function
of a
migration that adds an unnamed constraint. A warning is also emitted on
the console when the migration script is generated. The directive
requires a non-None name in order to be able to emit a "DROP
CONSTRAINT"
command.</p>

<h2>bug</h2>
<ul>
<li>
<p><strong>[bug] [batch]</strong> Fixed bug in batch mode where adding a
column with a type that generates
its own CHECK constraint, such as <code>~sqlalchemy.types.Boolean</code>
or
<code>~sqlalchemy.types.Enum</code> with
<code>~sqlalchemy.types.Boolean.create_constraint</code> set to
<code>True</code>,
would emit the constraint twice when the table was recreated, once under
the name generated by the naming convention in use and once under the
name given to the type. The constraint is now emitted once, using the
same name that would be used outside of batch mode.</p>
<p>References: <a
href="https://redirect.github.com/sqlalchemy/alembic/issues/1768">#1768</a></p>
</li>
<li>
<p><strong>[bug] [batch]</strong> Fixed bug in batch mode where a CHECK
constraint generated by a type such
as <code>~sqlalchemy.types.Boolean</code> or
<code>~sqlalchemy.types.Enum</code>
would lose the name established for it by the naming convention in use
when the table was recreated, as the constraint was regenerated against
the temporary table used for the recreate operation. The naming
convention is now resolved against the name of the table being
replaced.</p>

<li><strong>Send HTTP/2 response trailers</strong> (<a
href="https://redirect.github.com/Kludex/uvicorn/pull/3146">#3146</a>).
The ASGI <code>http.response.trailers</code> extension lets applications
send metadata, such as checksums, after the response body. Clients must
send <code>TE: trailers</code> to receive them. Multiple trailer
messages are combined before completing the response.</li>
<li><strong>HTTP/2 remains experimental and opt-in.</strong> Enable it
with <code>--http zttp --http2</code>. Upgrade-based h2c and WebSockets
over HTTP/2 remain unsupported.</li>

<ul>
<li><strong>Send <code>103 Early Hints</code> over HTTP/2</strong> (<a
href="https://redirect.github.com/Kludex/uvicorn/pull/3137">#3137</a>).
Applications can use the ASGI <code>http.response.early_hint</code>
extension to send resource hints before the final response. Each
supplied link becomes a separate <code>Link</code> header.</li>
