Shared "location" concept for resource apps: a location is a res.partner flagged is_resource_location, giving name, address, timezone and geo coordinates for free. Used by resource_reservation and resource_planning so the same site is marked once. Assisted-by: Devin:SWE-2 High

Adds resource.location.presence — a resource's where/when at a
location (calendar + optional dated bounds, first-by-sequence wins).
get_locations_on_period returns {resource_id: {location_id:
Intervals}} with batched calendar attendance. Presence section on
the resource form, tests and demo data.
