Approve. Mechanical pin bump to bin-v0.9.7: 20 version references per README, plugin/npm/server.json versions, and the four asset checksums in release.json and the Homebrew formula, each matching sha256sum of the published archive. The launcher on this branch downloaded bin-v0.9.7 linux-x64, verified it against release.json and ran cgraph-native 0.1.0 (a8b2c1a). CI 17/17 green, including the homebrew and first-answer install checks on all four platforms.
