飞书导入文档状态没保持

打开数据源，添加飞书连接器 一开始没有自动同步，然后我手动导入 全选当前列表，然后用ai自动归类，可以正常启动 点击其他地方侧栏小时之后再打开就还原到了图片中的样子，但是数据还在导入中 需要保持之前的正在导入状态

结论（已对照仓库代码核实）

这是纯前端状态丢失问题：批量导入的进行中状态（batchId + 轮询器）只存在 ConnectorDocumentImportPanel 的组件局部 state 里，抽屉一关组件被卸载，state 全部销毁；而后台导入在 gateway 进程里继续跑（DB 持久化），所以出现“UI 还原成初始样子、数据却还在导入中”。

复现链路（与代码一一对应）

1. 面板的批次状态是局部 state：apps/desktop/src/renderer/src/components/pages/ConnectorDocumentImportPanel.tsx:107（const [batch, setBatch] = useState(null)），轮询定时器 pollRef 在卸载时被清理（ConnectorDocumentImportPanel.tsx:115-117）。
2. 数据源页的抽屉是条件渲染：apps/desktop/src/renderer/src/components/pages/SourcesPage.tsx:716-717（{drawer ? <SourceDrawer open ...> : null}）。点遮罩关闭（SourceDrawer.tsx:400 的 src-scrim onClick={onClose}）→ drawer 置空 → 整个抽屉连同导入面板卸载。
3. 重新打开后面板重新挂载：batch 回到 null → batchRunning 为 false（ConnectorDocumentImportPanel.tsx:251）→ 进度条/排队徽标消失，回到初始的勾选列表 UI；同时 ConnectorDocumentImportPanel.tsx:139-152 的缓存回显效果把文档列表“秒开”还原出来——正是截图中的样子。
4. 后端批次与 UI 无关地继续执行：apps/gateway/src/modules/documents/import/batch-service.ts:148（void this.processBatch(batchId) 后台跑），进度写入 document_import_batches 表（apps/gateway/src/infrastructure/database/schema.ts:1303 起）。

关键缺口：没有“找回进行中批次”的 API

• 网关路由只有三个：创建 / 按 id 查状态 / 按 id 取消（apps/gateway/src/modules/documents/import/batch-routes.ts:19,46,58）。
• 渲染层 preload 同样只暴露 importBatchStatus(batchId) 等（apps/desktop/src/shared/sources.ts:898-907、apps/desktop/src/preload/index.ts:306-309）。
• 也就是说前端卸载后无从得知正在跑的 batchId，即使想恢复也无接口可用。而表里本来就有 provider / connection_name / status 列（schema.ts:1309-1315），按“该连接最近一个 running 批”查询是完全可行的，只是没做。

连带影响（不止显示问题）

• 批次完成/取消的 toast 提示随轮询器一起丢失，用户收不到结束通知（ConnectorDocumentImportPanel.tsx:200-217）。
• 完成后自动 loadDocuments() 刷新也不会发生，重开时缓存列表里的“已导入”徽标可能滞后。
• 更实际的风险：面板上没有任何“导入进行中”的守卫，用户重开抽屉后可以对同一批文档再发起一个新批次（startBatch 只检查本地 batch?.status === 'running'，ConnectorDocumentImportPanel.tsx:183），造成重复外呼预览/导入。

建议的最小修复路径

1. 网关：batch-routes.ts 增加 GET /v1/document-import/batches/active?provider=&connectionName=，DocumentBatchImportService 增加 getActiveBatch(provider, connectionName?) —— 按 provider + connectionName 取最近一条 running（可回退取最近一条任意状态，用于回显失败清单）。
2. 桌面端：external-documents-gateway-bridge.ts + preload/index.ts + shared/sources.ts 透传一个 activeImportBatch(provider, connectionName?)。
3. 面板：挂载时（以及 provider/connectionName 变化时）调用上述接口；若返回 running 则 setBatch(view) 并重启轮询。可把 startBatch 里的轮询闭包（ConnectorDocumentImportPanel.tsx:195-220）抽成 startPolling(batchId) 复用，完成 toast 与 loadDocuments() 逻辑即可同时恢复。

顺带说明：启动时的 recoverInterrupted()（batch-service.ts:176-184，由 create-server.ts:1399 调用）会把进程重启遗留的 running 批置为 failed，所以不存在僵尸 running 行干扰上述查询的问题。

缺少的复现信息 / 待确认

• 报告中“一开始没有自动同步”是连接器自动同步未触发的问题，与本 issue 的导入状态丢失是两件事，建议另开 issue 单独排查（连接器手动/自动同步链路在 submodules/everroom-connectors/gateway-module/sync-providers/ 一侧）。
• 未提供版本号；不过该路径是确定性的（关抽屉/离开页面必然卸载），对定位无影响。
• 顺带一提：单批上限 50 篇（batch-routes.ts:25），全选超过 50 会报 BATCH_TOO_LARGE；本次报告者启动成功，应未超限，仅作边界提醒。
