Points are created despite failing validation

POST to, for example, http://45.63.30.129:8380/api/thing/6555618b-7504-41ba-b345-5a04504e7c12/point with incorrect data (duplicate SENSOR point) results in the error

Thing 6555618b-7504-41ba-b345-5a04504e7c12 with type SENSOR is already assigned to Point 3da0eed8-03c0-48a3-8045-024fe7470d05'

but an orphaned point is created anyway, which means you will run into an error trying to recreate the point somewhere else with the same code.

It is related to database transaction, not guard consistency data. Since it is not yet implemented, so this case is acceptable in this time.
It is addressed by another ticket #323
