This PR works together with blacklight-node#62. It aims at integrating the ERC 8004 Smart Contracts in the code base extending them to integreate them with Blacklight.
As such, the validations are transformed into Heartbeats that are validated by the Blacklight network and then the responses are submitted by when the round finishes by the Heartbeat Manager.
