Superseded by #11. The valid Harden-Runner v2.21.0 full-SHA update was preserved and merged. The grouped TypeScript 7 update and transitive dependency downgrades were intentionally excluded because this PR failed the repository Quality gate and is incompatible with the current TypeScript tooling constraints. |
