Wine can report all xcpt4 case results and return zero through its debugger despite an unhandled floating-point exception. Reject unhandled exceptions and page faults from either output stream before accepting the original-runtime result, while allowing routine prefix diagnostics.

Document the local PE32 comparison: the unchanged VS2019 GS/O2 image passes in Wine 9 with the Windows SDK's native x86 UCRT (85 successes and five source-defined skips). Keep original execution, source recovery, and native reconstruction evidence distinct.

Validation:

  • The new regression fails on all six diagnostic/stream combinations before the fix; all 17 focused Python runner tests pass afterward.
  • The actual captured Wine 9 crash is rejected despite exit code zero.
  • The x64 original Wine run and Windows EH: x64 xcpt4 source decompile aborts on unproven _local_unwind frame arguments #858 source acceptance pass again: 89 successes, one expected ARM-only skip.
  • Local PE32 native-UCRT observation verifies unchanged image bytes, native DLL loading, all 90 case reports, exit zero and no unhandled exception. The stock-UCRT failure is retained separately.
  • Localized documentation and whitespace checks pass.

Follow-up to #969 and #971. This does not claim complete native reconstruction of xcpt4.
