Summary

Update the snap description with setup instructions, and update the snap README file to match.

Related Issue

#1674 although more changes are coming in a 3rd branch

Changes

This updates the snap description which propagates to the store with the next tagged release.
The instructions mention all the snap connections. With the next update of the snap declaration
assertion, they can be reduced.

Testing

  • mise run pre-commit passes
  • Unit tests added/updated
  • E2E tests added/updated (if applicable)
  • I've built the snap and tested all instructions manually

Add a description covering the snap elements, step-by-step setup for
Docker and interface connections, gateway verification commands, and
links to documentation and source code.

Note that system-installed Docker support is coming in snapd 2.76.
Document that the gateway is not restarted automatically to avoid
disconnecting active sandbox sessions.
