Tool calls and results now start expanded in the Dev Note chat viewer, matching user and assistant messages. The Display menu still collapses and expands each group.
Also shorten the docs-visual-review skill description to its activation triggers, retaining the exclusion for prose-only edits.
Validation: documentation renderer tests, JavaScript syntax check, documentation build, skill validation, and diff whitespace checks passed. Twenty focused browser checks passed in Chromium and WebKit across both themes and five viewport sizes, verifying default expansion in all eight transcripts and the tool collapse/expand controls.
